What areas do you cover?
With our main office located on the south coast of England, the majority of our work is from the surrounding areas of Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire – however we are delighted to offer our services to the majority of the UK.
Is there a call out fee?
Yes we do charge a fee for call outs and this is something that will be discussed when you contact our team.
Are you certified by manufacturers?
Absolutely – all our engineers trained in the installation of Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Toshiba and Fujitsu air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. GH Cooling are recognised as a Business Solutions partner with Mitsubishi Electric, one of the leading heating and cooling manufacturers in the world.
Are your engineers fully qualified and accredited?
Yes – as a company, GH Cooling are listed on the F-Gas Register which ensures we fully comply with Article 5.1 of EC Regulations 842/2006 regarding fluorinated greenhouse gas management. Our engineers are also individually trained and fully qualified in all aspects of air conditioning, refrigeration and heat pump installation.
How often should I have my air conditioning units serviced?
As with most machines, regular servicing is important to ensure maximum performance and reduce the risk of breakdowns. The majority of manufacturers we work with suggest servicing their machines at least twice a year – however this can change depending on the environment the units are in. Do you install air source heat pumps or ground source heat pumps?
Yes – GH Cooling offer a range of heat pumps that can be used in a number of different environments, not to mention the fact that all our engineers are fully trained and accredited in installing this type of heating solutio
Do you install ventilation for swimming pools?
Absolutely, we have great experience installing ventilation systems specifically designed for swimming pools – contact our team directly for more information.
Do you offer warranty on installations?
Yes, however the length of the warranty is generally dependant on the manufacturer that has supplied your heating or cooling solution – in some situations, we can offer a warranty that is valid for up to 7 years subject to terms and conditions.
Do I need to have units maintained?
Absolutely, this is vital in ensuring your units continue to operate at their maximum efficiency and reduces the risk of breakdown. Depending on your specific heating or cooling solution, the units must be maintained to ensure the warranty remains valid – if regular maintenance is not completed as per the relevant terms and conditions, the warranty will be void.
