The client’s spec was to build 1 x new walk in freezer room -22 for ice cream storage, they wanted a room that would give them the flexibility if in the future they have to move site, they wanted a room that could be broken down and taken with them if needed, client also requested a sliding door for easy access Our solution was to supply a 11m long by 3.5m wide and 3m tall camlock cold-room that consisted of a heat mate, 125mm insulated floor with aluminium checker plate finish, 125mm food safe insulated walls and roof with custom made ramp for easy access, as part of the design we also included lighting and customer layout racking to fit with their needs, to Refrigerate this area we used 2 x guntner evaporator and 2 x Danfoss Condensing units With GB controllers
